My thesis show is a collection designed to heal our collective inner child—the part of us that remains buried beneath layers of time and societal expectations. Instead of repressing it, we should embrace and nurture it. This collection consists of children's books that, at their core, are also meant for adults, inviting them to reconnect with their lost sense of wonder and authenticity. Alongside these books, I have created 'Mounstritos'—little monsters that are a bit weird, just like we all were as children before the world told us to conform. These toys serve as companions in the journey of self-acceptance, encouraging us to celebrate the quirks and oddities that make us unique. Through this project, I hope to create a space where the inner child feels seen, understood, and free.
